2018 Orbea Rallon M-Team

The 2018 Orbea Rallon M-Team is going to be the game changer of 2018 at £5699 it’s an outstanding package from Orbea. Very similar build to the current 2017 Rallon X-team with it being equipped with SRAM X01 Eagle 12 speed and a Truvativ Descendant carbon crank or a choice of a Rotor QX1 crankset with a 32T chainring.

A great upgrade from the current 2017 Rallon is the DT Swiss Spline E-1501 wheelset. Wider, stiffer which means a better profile for the tyres, bigger footprint on the ground resulting in more grip on the trail, a no brainer!

The suspension is handled by Fox and a Factory Float 36 RC2 upfront and Float X2 in the rear with the choice of swapping out to a DPX2 or DHX2 coil shock if you prefer. It’s great with Orbea that you can tweek the offerings at the checkout to add that customization to get the right build for you. Orbea are also adding their MYO customization programme to the Rallon which means you will be able to choose a color combination ranging from 12 different colours to create a unique colour for yourself. Dirt Magazine - Straight out of the box this bike is a weapon! Built to go fast and eat up the terrain. Even more so in my eyes with the coil damper fitted. This made for a much more supple ride when the going got tough and with a weight coming in at 12.59kg (27.7lbs) with the coil shock damper too!
